Struct RuntimeEpoch 

pub struct RuntimeEpoch(/* private fields */);

Opaque monotonically increasing configuration epoch for one runtime.

A new epoch is published when a runtime reconfiguration changes its execution snapshot; prepared work from an older epoch is rejected.
