Function module_for_engine

Source
pub fn module_for_engine(
    engine_id: EngineId,
) -> Result<Arc<dyn ExtensionModule>, RuntimeConfigError>
Expand description

The module a downstream application installs when it composes more than one CPU backend in one runtime.

The module binds the contribution’s operations to engine_id, so an application that keeps a standard backend and a contribution backend under distinct engine identities installs this module against the contribution’s engine.

§Errors

Returns tenferro_runtime::RuntimeConfigError when the module’s configured identifier is invalid.

§Examples

use tenferro_df64_proof::extension::module_for_engine;
use tenferro_runtime::EngineId;

let module = module_for_engine(EngineId::new("example.df64.engine.v1")?)?;
assert_eq!(module.module_id().as_str(), "tenferro-df64-proof.module");
